Automatic Float Switch: The pump is equipped with an automatic float switch that starts and stops the pump based on the water level. It will disconnect the power when the water level is below 1-1/2 inches and start again when it rises above 7 inches.

Manual Water Pump: When the float switch is locked on the pump, the pump will continue to operate continuously and the power will not shut off automatically. It will only stop when the pump fails to pump water to prevent dry running.

Application Occasions: This pump is ideal for removing both clean and dirty water from environments such as cellars, reservoirs, rain barrels, and flat roofs. However, it is not suitable for corrosive or flammable liquids. The pump's suction screen can remove water to a height of 1-1/2 inches from the floor and can pass 1/5 inch grains under clean water applications.
